WARRANTY 
We provide a 6 month warranty for our ZOLA machine. Please email our MBL Support Team (info@moorebeautylove.com) with a copy of your receipt and a mini video of your challenge. Our warranty department will contact you to troubleshoot. If the issue cannot be rectified and is not due to user error, we will request you to ship us your machine for our in person review of the malfunction. This process can take up to 2 - 3 weeks before a replacement machine is sent. Replacement machines are also based on availability.
